Can I choose my delivery day?

Your delivery date can be chosen depending on where you live and when you placed the order. This ensures the freshness of your fruits. Meanwhile, an express delivery can be charged.

 

Do I have to be home to receive m delivery?

 No! Just give us instructions of where you find safe for us to deliver your box. Otherwise, you can provide us with your telephone number and the driver will give you a call.

 

Can I choose what comes in my fruitful box?

 Yes of course. We plan our boxes regarding the season and the week to help you with a balanced diet, but if you have any preferences we are more than        pleased to swap from something that you want.

 

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

 Yes! We give you 24hrs before your order is processed to change or cancel your order.

 

Is there a minimum order value?

Our minimum order price for a fruitful box is £12.99

 

Do I have the same box every week?

It is our priority to make sure that you have a balanced diet, so yes every week we do our best to alternate and modify our boxes every week.

 

Am I tied into a contract?

You are not entered into a contract. If you have chosen to be delivered every week, you can notify us by email about your holidays or take a break at anytime.

 

How do I pay for my order?

 We take all payments by credit, debit cards or cash payment on the day of your delivery. We accept everything except American express and annex.

 

Will my delivery come at the same time each week?

The driver tends to come at the same time but we can’t promise you this. Therefore, you don’t have to worry about this since the driver can always leave your b         box in your chosen safe place.

 

How will my delivery stay fresh?

 All fruits are protected in our boxes. Therefore, you are more than advice to always start by the ready ones to avoid spoiling the all box.

 

What do I do with the packaging?

 Your driver will collect the packaging in your next delivery so please fell free to leave your empty box outside or you can give it to the driver. Otherwise, you can        still recycle the fruitful boxes in your home recycling.

 

Can I send a fruitful box as a gift?

Yes, as long as the recipient is on our delivery zone. So, please find out where the best place to leave their box would be and give us a call, and the driver will do       the rest.

 

What if there are fruits in my week selection that I am allergic at or don’t like?

You can always give us a notice about the box when you place the order and we will exclude it from your fruitful box.

 

Can I write a review about the products I buy?

We are more than pleased to hear from your experience with us. You can include any constructive critics toward your fruitful box.
